Improving the lives of people with mental health challenges through research, evaluation, and implementation.

The Massachusetts General Hospital Center of Excellence (COE) for Psychosocial and Systemic Research aims to improve the lives of people with mental health challenges through projects focused on physical, emotional, and social aspects of health.

Funded by a multi-year grant from the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, the COE aims to research and implement community-based projects and interventions that support individuals with mental health challenges. The COE focuses on research and psychoeducation, and it works to identify and remediate healthcare disparities, where possible.
